Welcome to Basement Waterproofing, we are fully certified surveyors with over 40 years experience in the waterproofing industry.

Our service provides a full independent survey to create a considered opinion on where problems will arise as a result of damp and vapour issues in buildings. Our site visits and inspections look at designs and specifications of installations concerning all aspects of structural water proofing where types A, B & C are used as recommended by BS8102:2022.

If you have a project that may have damp issues we can provide detailed specifications for new and existing buildings which require designs to solve issues related to the ingress of moisture, vapour and various gases.

We are fully qualified surveyors with CRDS (Certified Damp proofing Surveyor) and CSSW (Certified Structural Waterproofing Surveyor) both issued by the Property care Association. We also hold professional indemnity insurance of up to £2 million.
